As a small, artisan-focused company, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. While we hope you adore your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t align perfectly, and we are here to assist you with your return.

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, please contact us at tiffany@aether-o.com with a clear statement of your decision to return the item(s). We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we process your request with the same level of care we put into our creations.

Important Considerations

As a small business, every product we create is part of a thoughtful process, and we ask that returns meet the following guidelines:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when they were received.
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used incense sticks.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
