Founded by Tiffany, a wellness creative drawn to the beauty of scent and ritual.

Shaped by her travels and her time living between Tokyo and Copenhagen, she discovered the elegance of Japanese incense — where craft meets the living moment.

Back in the soft summer light of Copenhagen, she wove together the warmth of hygge, the quiet imperfection of wabi-sabi (侘寂), and the calm simplicity of Scandinavian living.

At AETHER. , we take pride in the meticulous assembly of each package right here in Copenhagen, complemented by our exquisite products and packaging crafted in Japan.

We take pride in crafting products that bring moments of calm, beauty, and quiet luxury into your life. As a small, artisan-focused company, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. While we hope you adore your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t align perfectly, and we are here to assist you with your return.

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, please contact us at tiffany@aether-o.com with a clear statement of your decision to return the item(s). We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we process your request with the same level of care we put into our creations.

Important Considerations

As a small business, every product we create is part of a thoughtful process, and we ask that returns meet the following guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when they were received.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used incense sticks.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
